You probably won’t get up very early this boxing day. You’re perhaps a tad hungover? Feeling like you’ve gained 100 kilos? Doesn’t matter, that’s what Christmas is for. But there’s no need to spend today being enormously productive, so we present to you, again, our three favourite clips.

First of all, our launch party’s clip. On 31 October Amayzine.com went live, and this didn’t go by unnoticed. Over 200 invitees celebrated Amayzine’s birth with us. They wore their finest outfits and amongst the people present were Eva Jinek and Merel Westrik and from Winonah de Jong to Jort Kelder. We had wine in overabundance, divine bites to eat, an Estée Lauder’s touch up stand, and, of course, of coouursee, champagne. Take a look.

Last September, May-Britt and Jet flew to New York for Fashion Week, where they got to enter Michael Kors’s magical backstage domain. Between the franticness and total chaos, they saw a radiating Bette Franke and Sasha Luss (who, by the way, all got a bag from Michael as a present), models who laid underneath tables to wait for hair & makeup, and of course lots and lots of really pretty clothes.

We witnessed similar frenzy and hysteria at Isabel Marant pour H&M’s exclusive pre-shopping. The evening before the collection was sold worldwide, a select group of people was allowed to already take a look and buy things before it was all sold out. And Amayzine was there. Nicolette, Froukje, Wendy, Olcay, Danie, and Halina — everyone was present, everyone wanted the jacket and the fringed boots. Naturally, May has them both.
