CHRISTMAS CAREY PART 2
Last week we brought to you the queen of Christmas, or, Mariah Carey, and her crazy Christmas outfits. We hadn’t said a word too much because the Christmas days are approaching, and she’s going nuts again. We love it!
Recently, a British copyright organisation, Performing Rights Society, published a list with an estimate of how much artists earn every year with our favourite Christmas songs. Which made us understand why Mimi frolics so happily, smelling pine needles everywhere. Her hit alone All I Want For Christmas, makes about 412,000 euros for the singer. And she doesn’t have to do anything for this amount; it’s transferred to her according to the frequency the song has been played on the radio and telly.
As the dollars keep pouring in, Mariah often finds herself in Aspen towards the end of December. The diva enjoys the snow, and whatever else the fancy schmancy ski village has to offer, with her husband and kids. Like her red lingerie whilst walking the dog in the snow, or darting around the Christmas tree. – You gotta love her.
Mariah Carey isn’t even the best paid singer during the holidays. Here’s the rest of the list with artists that become even more wealthy as they sleep:
