Come whirl with me

A year ago, the mid calf skirt made her entry. A skirt with a very unflattering length (it ends halfway your calves and that makes no one happy) that was also made from a puffy fabric. That skirt (as seen on Dior) was difficult. But there’s light in dark wintry days. The length stayed, but the fit became much more accommodating to us women. It’s tighter around the hips and starts divinely high up the waist. And it whirls lovely just about halfway your upper legs. When you walk, bike, let alone dance, your skirt will flap around you. Instant movie star feeling. Matched with a simple blouse, narrow belt around your waist line, ballerinas for during the day, pumps for at night and you’re ready to go.
