Benjamin Fainlight’s CEO — of 22 years old — understands like no other that not everyone has money to buy designer clothes. “If you’re a student then you can’t buy a coat that everyone will recognise as a 3000 dollars’ Rick Owens they all saw on the catwalk” he explains. “And I think that everyone should be able to show their love for a designer, but in an affordable and direct way.”

Benjamin’s ‘Dream Team collection’ shirts were an instant success; within one day his entire collection was sold out through his make-do Tumblr site. Nowadays, they’re for sale on Net a Porter and they also come as sweaters. They’re not very cheap though (€ 85), but totally too cool for school.
