It sometimes happens that I get out of bed late on Mondays. Happens to all of us, right? There are also days on which I’m at the gym at half past seven, or on which I get up really early. But for the days on which I seem to operate at a slightly slower pace, leaving me little time left to actually have a breakfast (which is really important, I won’t function well without it), I’ve discovered something new. It’s called MyMuesli and it’s fan-tas-tic. I’m kind of picky when it comes to my muesli. I prefer it not to have sugar, wheat, better would be oats, I like them crunchy, but I don’t like all kinds of fruits and it mustn’t be too boring. On mymuesli.com you can select the mueslis you like. You select which type of grain, which nuts, perhaps some fruits, some superfoods or a bit of chocolate. Go, press the button and a few days later you’ll receive a tubular case with your very own self-selected breakfast. You can even give it a name. Jet Muesli. Sounds kind of fun, right? And for those who really get up late (in the morning), you’ve got an incredibly handy to-go version. The only thing you’ve got to do is to add milk, yoghurt, soy, quark, almond milk or whatever you like. Kind of hard to eat when you’re biking, but really handy if you go by train or when you’re sitting behind your desk. And otherwise the changing room at the gym might be an option.
