I don’t come up with all the shakes myself. I pick some recipes from instagram, magazines or food blogs. As of recently, I’m quite a fan of Ellemieke Vermolen (ellemiekevermolen.nl). She knows how to write about healthy food in such a fun way, and the recipes aren’t difficult. Incredibly inspiring.

Health freak Miranda Kerr uses her blender, centrifuge, coconut water, and lots of superfoods in the morning. Yes, you’ve got to put in the effort to get a body like hers. I’m afraid she even drinks a shake for her Christmas breakfast. Oh well, it might also be festive. I’ll be devouring a Christmas stollen though, don’t you worry.
