I’ve been following Karena and Katrina from www.toneitup.com for quite some time now. These Californian fitness coaches have great home workouts and fun, healthy recipes. Of course, they look ridiculously good, but they don’t shy away from a glass of wine. That’s what I like. They recommended this shake and I think it’s perfect for this Monday.
I’ve started a good workout at the gym this Monday. I like to drink this shake before working out. I usually drink half a glass, and save the rest for afterwards.
What do you need and how do you prepare it:
- Handful of spinach
- Half a cucumber
- Handful of blueberries
- Half a banana
- A good dash or two of coconut water
Wash all the ingredients well and skin the cucumber before putting it in the blender. And mix!
