Bobbi herself wears a big black pair on her nose and finds it totally ridiculous that they shouldn’t also get a mention and some great tips. Here are a few tips from the book. How exactly do you create that stand-out look?
* Apply the Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner closely along the eyelash rim, across the entire eyelid. Use a fine line to accentuate the eye. It also has the ultimate benefit of making your lashes look fuller.
* Always curl your eyelashes before applying mascara. Never afterwards, they’ll break! That would be tragic.
* End with the Extreme Party Mascara. Always apply from bottom to top, otherwise your lashes will hang downwards. It is a luxury, but if you can, use a different mascara for the upper and lower lashes. The hairs are different, and this gives you a better result.
