It was my fiancée’s birthday last weekend, and this had to be celebrated in style, of course. I was able to treat him to all the beautiful places in Maastricht because I’ve lived there for four years. One of the highlights was the very extensive and culinary lunch at Beluga: a good tip for a special occasion!

I find sweets very dangerous… Le Salonard has the best sweets in Maastricht. Luckily, you won’t have to sit in a train for three hours: they also have a store in Amsterdam!

Last week, I started with the rehearsals at music theatre company Orkater. We get a lot of movement training so expect to spot me in Zoe Karssen sweatpants and Nikes.

Yesterday, I had the press presentation of the new political thriller “The Deal”, in which I play a role with a.o. Achmed Akkabi and Jacob Derwig. I haven’t seen any of it so it was quite exciting to see the first images on the cinema screen. But it looked promising! You can see the result on Ned 2 from 8 March onwards, exciting!
