Very enthusiastically, Liesbeth and I started on our destination killer body project. Unfortunately, something came up which made us cancel our dearest boxing teacher. Though for a good reason. After our item on RTL Boulevard on Thursday, we just had to go for drinks because we were so nervous all day long and the first drink kicked in hard. We couldn’t do otherwise than celebrate the tension release. At night at ten we asked, rather shamefully, in our group app (called ‘we love boxing’) whether we could skip next day’s class. Luckily, we were allowed to, but it was the last, last, LAST time ever. Every lesson we were skipping from now on we had to pay, our teacher answered. We didn’t plan otherwise though. That’s what happens when you’re so loud about a project you’re doing. Three times a week at half past seven we’re hitting the gym.

A quick recap of our past destination killer body week:

  • Liesbeth made an exception and cooked something herself. An oven dish with fish, tomato, onion, and some Italian herbs. Extremely easy, delicious, and très healthy.
  • We’re constantly sending each other pictures of way too sexy women’s bodies to motivate each other. It really helps.
  • Unfortunately, sometimes we’re still smoking a cigaret. But only when we’re incredibly stressed.
  • My knees turned blue from boxing. I still participated in skirt day though.
  • After the work out, we always eat low fat quark, red fruit chia and hennep seed. Yeah yeah, Lies (a few weeks ago still anti superfood) is convinced.
  • Rice crackers with salmon and avocado is our favourite lunch.
  • On Thursday evening we really enjoyed a grand dessert, It still has to be fun.
  • Liesbeth got her first, very own boxing gloves.
  • At this moment (saturday afternoon), Liesbeth’s in Utrecht sitting at a table FILLED with brownies and other high tea things. She’s hoping that she won’t crack and whispers ‘killer body, killer body, killer body.’
  • I just enjoyed an omelet with green asparagus made by my mum

And, finally, you’re probably incredibly curious whether we already see a difference. Nothing, noppes, nada. But you can’t really expect to see any after only one week. We’re doing our best, feel energetic and have fun doing it.
