They who followed me on Instagram know that I’m obsessed with cats. The greatest cat in the world is of course my own kitty named Disco, who’ll wake me lovingly in the morning, who welcomes me back home after trips to NY and London, and who always feels like a good conversation. Cats are just hilarious and I want to buy everything with a picture of a cat on it. When I just got Disco, one of the first things I did was search for a gorgeous collar. I think it looks so good even though she’s a stay-indoors cat which only goes to the roof terrace every now and again. Back then, I used to have green dining room tables (don’t ask), and I thought it was just a swell idea to give Disco a collar in that exact same colour green. I got rid of the chairs (thank GOD, that green made me bonkers), and Disco grew out of her collar so it’s time for something new. Last week, a press release popped up in my inbox from See Scout Sleep, an American brand that manufactures great collars and beds for cats and dogs. Their web shop is mostly filled with dog leashes and collars, but, soon, there will also be things for the felines amongst us. I think that such a pillow is the best invention ever, but from experience I know that Disco will lie exactly next to what she’s supposed to lie on. So I’ll rather choose for a collar. Perhaps she’ll focus less on my shoes and more on her collars and so you see, a new collar is great for everyone.
