OH MY GUCCI

The first thing that comes to mind when you think of Gucci is the diamond pattern which has been used on so many bags and suitcases. Peggy once found a roll of fabric with the Gucci material and used it to decorate half her house with. She’s kind of a big fan. Just like me, by the way.

Perhaps you hadn’t already noticed the diamond in the iconic Gucci motif, but take a good look at the geometrical shapes that form the facets of a diamond. This fall, the diamond pattern is used extensively in the prefall collection of bags and luggage.

Gucci made this fabulous clip to warm us up for the prefall looks. We see fuchsia, cobalt blue, deep ochre yellow, red, and turquoise, clutches, the Boston bag, bowling bags, and many more beautiful artefacts.

I’d almost feel like fall.
