So many people are off work today. That sounds lovely. We’re working really hard at the office. I’m treating everyone to this smoothie.
What do you need and how to prepare it:
- Half a banana
- 2 dates without seed
- 1 pear
- A couple of walnuts
- A dash of coconut milk
Add everything to the blender and mix. It’s kind of a thick smoothie so you might like to use a spoon. You can always add some more coconut water to make everything more watery.
