Tada, Kimye’s wedding bill

You might get crazy over all the news concerning Kimye’s wedding, but too bad for you, I’m not by a long shot. The British Grazia knows what makes me happy and posted an info graphic last Saturday with the costs of that modest party in Paris and Florence. And admit, you really want to know this. So here’s a grocery list of The Wedding of the year/century/millennium.

Total costs of the two days. Including guests’ stay at a hotel, airplanes, everything. Excluding the amount of money they were rumoured to have put aside for their guests to spend on shopping, though this hasn’t been confirmed.

For the bachelorette dinner in Paris the night beforehand. Together with a group of well bronzed girlfriends, she partied and photographed herself extensively,  allowing the rest of the world to enjoy the festivities. Just because Kim appreciates her privacy so much.

The amount of money the cake cost. Quite an impressive cake because it’s almost bigger than my house with its seven layers. Oh, and three people were needed to move the thing.

Rent for the Forte di Belvedere. For an afternoon. Almost three K. For an afternoon. One afternoon. Thee K. So.

per plane to move 200 guests from Paris to Florence and back. So that’s something different compared to the busses you used to take on school trips.

For the wedding dress which is, to be fair, incredibly beautiful. I think. But right, if you’re paying three K for a dress then it might just as well be pretty good.

Quite remarkable because Kimmie wore L’Oréal lipstick from a little bit of over 7 euro. She’s so frugal.

Slightly less frugal because this is what her Valentino dress costs which she wore at the pre wedding brunch at, you guessed it, Valentino’s castle. But that said, I thought it was marvellous.

For the Balmain dress she wore during her bachelorette evening in Paris. Rumours circulated on The Internet that it cost about $80,000.- which isn’t too bad. Better even, I expected it to be way more expensive than this 8800 euro since her Balmain piece on net-a-porter was already in the 10.000s. Right, Kim must have hustled something.
