REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER WEAR A BEANIE AGAIN

I really cannot stand the beanie. It’s been a topic of conversation before but I’ve seen it worn pretty much everywhere recently on the streets and I don’t like it. So because of that I have written down five reasons why everyone with a beanie should throw it in the bin NOW, and anyone thinking about wearing a beanie should understand  WHY it’s such a terrible, terrible idea.

Because it serves no practical purpose

Wearing a hat to keep your head warm is not something I would ever diss, but a beanie hangs lifelessly at the back of your head, providing only a warm crown at most and is not going to help you survive winter.

Because everyone is wearing one

Perhaps even the most important argument. That oneness, non-originality, stop now. That typical look: Uggs or short biker boots, skinny jeans, Woolrich jacket and a dumb beanie. Ugh

Because your hair becomes totally static

Your hair is already so static in the cold, so why enhance the effect with an unnecessary beanie? Besides hat-hair is never good and that is also the reason why so many beanie-wearers keep them on inside – and that really gets to me.

for the men: do you want people to think you’re bald?

Because that’s what I always think. Seriously. So now you know what to do; throw it away. Thank you kindly.
