Sex yourself thin

Like you probably already noticed, everything (well, almost everything) is dedicated to Destination Killer body. We’re working out, replace bread with rice crackers, we drink less alcohol (that’s a lie), and things like pastas are not eaten. But besides boxing, crossfit, and other horrible muscle ache triggers, there’s more a person can do to burn some calories. All done in the bedroom (or elsewhere).

SEX = ABOUT 180 CALORIES AN HOUR

An average make out session lasts about 30 minutes and according to a recent study, you’ll burn about three calories a minute. Which of course increases as the make out session becomes wilder and more passionate. Especially position changes work miracles, and it’s best to flex your muscles every now and again. The higher the heart rate the better.

KISSING = 68 CALORIES AN HOUR

Kissing’s not only good for the love, but also for the hips because an hour long of kissing will burn about 70 calories. You can also adopt difficult poses for a better result. Sexologist Jaiya Kinzbach (who doesn’t know her) suggests to “let your boyfriend lie on his back and form a plank on top of him. Everything you want to kiss him, bend your arms.” Right.

MASSAGING = 80 CALORIES

Getting a massage is pleasure you’ll never refuse, but giving a massage is better for your body. Calorie-wise, I mean. Slow movements make sure you’ll use more muscles, and so you know what you’ve got to do.

DANCING SULTRILY = 100 CALORIES AN HOUR

Some sexy dance moves (which you can also do with clothes on) will burn about 100 calories. Think of, hugging each other and kissing, slightly blowing each other’s necks, and more of those flirty things.

GETTING UNDRESS = 10 CALORIES

Getting undressed is an essential thing, but undressing your partner gives you a bit of extra exercise. You can also do an elaborate striptease or install a pole in your house and swing yourself thin. Pole dancing’s reaaally good for your physique.
