This morning I joked around and put on my bikini. Just to see what I could expect in three weeks when lying on some beach in the south of France. Argh, I definitely need to do a trillion ab exercises, squats, and need to go jogging at least two hours a day. I’m kidding of course. Today a smoothie which gives you a rock hard belly. Though you’ll still need to do about a trillion ab exercises. Duuh.
WHAT DO YOU NEED AND HOW TO PREPARE IT:
- A frozen banana
- A good handful of coco flakes
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A couple of big dashes of coconut water
Put the banana (without skin!) in your freezer for the night. Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything. This shake’s super healthy, low fat, and full of energy. Look, that’s just what we need.
