Here at amayzine HQ we’ve got a new thing. Every name gets alicious. So Mayalicious, Liesbethalicious. It wouldn’t surprise me if people hated it, but I still think it’s hilarious. All boring things instantly become  fun. ‘I still need to go to a meetingalicious or do some washingupalicious’

Today something with coconut, which I simply adore. Coconut ice cream, coconut cake, coconut macaroon. Lovely, but not necessarily good for the bodylicious. That’s why, today, a healthy shake because the summer’s approaching.

What do you need and how to prepare it:

  • Half a banana
  • A dash of coconut milk
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of spinach

Add all the ingredients to the blender. When you think the shake is a bit too thick, add some water or coconut water.
