Summer in the city

The Dutch are excellent at complaining about the cold, rainy weather, then at the first sign of sun, they go hysterically running to the beach huffing and puffing that it is far too hot. At the moment of writing this, I am sweltering in a boiling hot office with a gigantic air-co machine producing so much noise that we cannot even talk to each other. But what must happen, must happen. I’d much rather be waltzing through the city, sighing softly and hopping from terrace to terrace, and then preferably in this outfit. Thank you kindly.
