– HOW TO-

Pink lips

Bright pink lips is the trend this summer. Stylish, sexy, and a tad dramatic is okay. Natural makeup which makes the accent lie on your lips. Need to get used to this? Randall Wijngaarde, makeup artist of Sisley, shows you three ways of doing this with three different textures. It’s up to you to choose what fits best.

Use Sisley’s Phyto-Levres Perfect lipliner as basis, preferably the Rose Passion colour. A nourishing lipliner that’s soft to the touch and gives off a bright colour.

A lip pencil perfects the lip colour and works as a primer which makes the other products stick longer. Which is what we want because you won’t need to retouch later during the day. For the ultimate shine, use Phyto-Lip shine lipstick colour 14. It gives a semi transparent shine and nourishes. The natural ingredient of mango butter hydrates and protects the lips.

The Phyto-Lip Twist nourishes too and has a subtle colour, the botanical extract phytosqualane sounds complicated, but makes sure your lips remain soft and flexible.

The Phyto-Lip Star colour Modern Fuchsia is perfect if you want an ultimately glamorous lip. Ultimate shine is best achieved like this. Extra bonus: the power of lotus has been processed in this special lip gloss, it protects and softens the lips.

Pink lips need a soft pink blush. It balances everything out. With La Palette Orchidee Rose Highlighting Blush, which contains softening white lily extracts, you can do this in a jiffy.

When you’re applying concealer around the lips, use this to highlight darker parts around the mouth and to perfect your lip colour. We used Sisley’s Phyto-Cernes Éclat.
