A few weeks ago I decided to clean out my beauty cabinet at home. It’s not that big size wise. Huge as far as contents go. Don’t ask me how, but there always seems to magically be something new in it. Even though I can never remember putting it in there. Every now and then I stumble across a real gem. Like this, empty, perfume bottle by YSL.

Parisienne is the perfume. Been around since 2009, but I’m sure you’ll know it. Opium is probably the most well-known YSL perfume, but I’m choosing for Parisienne. Why? It has a lighter and fresher fragrance, and deserves to be in the spotlight. Not a very girly smell though. Definitely not. Ingredients like patchouli, musk, peony and bramble make this an intense perfume. Mmm, scents are so difficult to describe, but if you watch this commercial with Kate Moss, you’ll understand what I mean.

Feminine, sensual with a dark edge.

Oja, zoals al gezegd. YSL Parisienne is inmiddels dus hartstikke op. Maar leeg is ‘ie net zo mooi hoor. Dus ik geniet nog even door.
