To be totally honest, I don’t often wear lipstick. If I do, I mostly keep to the nude pallet. Nice and safe. Except for when it’s warmer than 25 degrees, and I’ve already got a bit of colour on my face, then I’ll usually try out a bright colour.

Colour is very important when it comes to lipsticks. Also that it stays on and that the colour is good. You don’t want your lipstick on your chin after 10 minutes or sticking to a glass. The packaging is just as important. Estée Lauder has a cover that clicks if you drop the lid or the carrier. Super chic. At least as, or maybe more so is the Givenchy lipstick. The cover is made from leather. Tough and chic. There is no better combination and that is why I am crowning it as Icon this week. Tough and chic are forever.
