CASPER THE GHOST

Black make-up has always been hip-per-de-pip. For example, the winged eyeliner trending look that I wrote about last week. But let’s mix it up a little. White make-up is also quite popular. Sounds a little spooky, but like Casper, it’s quite friendly. You can wear it all over the lid or for those who dare, in a crazy streak above the eye. One things is for sure, you’ll make a fresh summery impression. May be fun to change it up a little.
