There’s something about the colour red. A red dress symbolises success, sex, and class. A red coat, however, (just look around) is the mecca of old mothers, social workers, and bloods gangs. You might want to skip red shoes too (I can’t help but instantly think of a King Louis dress with a bike covered in flowers). The red bag is a zum haben though. And very hot and happening at the moment.

Because red pops, I’d advise buying one that has a rather coarse material. Choose for a relief, a pattern in the leather, or washed out red. The combination red and lacquer should be avoided at all costs.
