I can use a bit of a healthy boost this Monday morning. After all those fashion week trips, and here and there some fun nights with girlfriends, it’s time to start the week healthily again.

Early this morning I biked to the organic supermarket around the corner and bought kilos of vegetables and fruit. For the entire week. Starting tomorrow, I’m also going to work out again (every Tuesday and Friday at 07:30, really) so I can’t wait for all that health to hit me. But first, the shake.

What do you need and how do you prepare it:

  • 1 apple
  • Half a banana
  • Couple of pineapple chunks
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • Piece of ginger
  • Half a cucumber
  • Dash of coconut water

Wash and skin all the vegetables and fruit, and slice it into small pieces. Add a bit more coconut water (or a bit of water) if you think the ingredients don’t blend well.

TIP!

You can add a bit of mint to freshen up the shake. Or linseed. That’s good for your digestive system.
