Argh, I had a pretty busy week. I was incredibly nervous for RTLBoulevard which interviewed me together with Liesbeth on Thursday. And I was also kind of tense for our first episode of AmayzineTV on Saturday. Which I celebrated until Sunday morning. You must understand, yesterday was a lost day. All the more reason to start healthily again on Monday.

What do you need and how to prepare it

  • Half a banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • A small piece of ginger
  • A handful of Goji berries
  • 3 rather large dashes of almond milk

Add all the ingredients in the blender and shake. Add a bit of extra almond milk if you like your smoothie to be smoother.
