Something pink today, to keep the weekend vibe going (you know, Gay Pride). I could use a little detox after a weekend like this last one. Simple and very easy, exactly what I feel like.

what you need and how to make it

– 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked first)

– A large glass of almond- or rice milk

– A few chunks of watermelon

– A sprig of mint

Leave the chia seeds to soak in the milk for about 15 minutes. You can pour it straight into a glass or first into the blender. Add the chunks of watermelon and the mint. Mix away and you’re done.

Tip: Fabulous with a few ice blocks. Nice and chilled.
