You’re going on holiday and take with…

A suitcase of course. I used to think that suitcases on wheels were very un-cool, so I dragged a massive Eastpak backpack around on my shoulder. When I think back on those times now, I can’t quite believe it. What was I thinking? I’ve had a change of heart obviously and now have a perfect bag on wheels. My parent’s cat had a little accident in it, but after a thorough wash it still went on the next holiday with me. I have to admit though that I noticed a tiny waft coming out of it every now and then, so last week I dumped it with the rubbish. With pain in my heart.

Now it’s time for a new suitcase, because I’m planning on a whole lot of travelling. Nice with girlfriends, dining at The Harbour Club Ibiza and a two day trip to Paris with Liesbeth are already on the agenda.

I wouldn’t turn my nose up at a Louis Vuitton suitcase (with the damier pattern if I can choose), but I’d personally rather buy a designer bag for all that money.

I’ve settled on a Rimowa. And not only because Liesbeth, Olivia, Will I Am and Alessandra Ambrosio all have one. Okay, okay, I’m a bit of a sop when it comes to these things.
