5 Kardashian lies

They call it a reality show but in the Kardashians case the reality is far from the real thing. The famous reality family gave us quite a few servings of baloney the past few years. What am I talking about? We’re sharing with you five expressive examples of Kardashian fibs.

Blonde hair, don’t care

The appearance of a blond Kim Kardashian at the Paris Fashion Week just missed the headlines, but she did get into the fashion week spotlight. Bleaching black hair with peroxide is not without consequence and would have meant the end of her perfect full head of hair. Insiders, from Kim’s glam squad, revealed that the major part of her blonde hair was a wig and that she would go back to being a brunette in no time.

charity?

Kim still brags about her support for charity through her E-bay auctions. In 2013 it came to light that only a shocking 10% of these profits ended up in charity projects. The KUWTK-star had difficulty with the criticism but acknowledged the 10% estimate was accurate.

photo Thailand

With 30 million followers on Twitter and Instagram you can imagine Kim handeling her social media accounts with a lot of care. She selects the most beautiful pictures, mainly of herself and sometimes her charming surroundings. But in March 2014 it was another lie nailed to the counter when she shared a picture a a beautiful Thai beach. The photo was one of the first results found on Google, so not her photo.

Kris the bad guy

Ex-husband Kris Humphries has more than enough reason to complain about the K-clan, a given since his split-up with Kim. Their bitter battle was fought before a judge. During these court sessions Russell Jay, one of the producers of the series, eventually admitted that at least two scenes had been reedited and reconstructed to make the basketball player look bad. This happened after Kimmie had decided to file for a divorce.

Christmas card

The last time the family got together to photograph their infamous Christmas card they flew in the renowned photographer David Lachapelle. It looked like Lachapelle was pulling all the strings at the shoot but in reality it was Kayne West who was the real brainchild of these hefty photos. He took care of the sketches, art directing, make-up and costumes but wanted to give it some Lachapelle branding.
