5 ways to hide your bangs

I really love my bangs even though there are good reasons not to have them. One major issue is that the difference in length can be annoying. I really need to stop at the hairdressers to have a millimeter taken off but I just don’t have the time. This means I have to be creative in hiding my bangs.

Here are five ways to make it easier for you without using hundreds of bobby pins.

Hide your bangs with braids. You can be nonchalant, braids are allowed to be or you can do a tight braid. The tight version is more difficult as whisks of hair might peek out, so wet your hair beforehand and fixate using hairspray afterwards.

A nice messy bun where you turn in your bangs in the direction of the bun. locks of hair are allowed to escape only adding to the effect that your bangs have been ingeniously concealed.

Volume is good and with bangs this is easy to achieve. But if you’re pulling your bangs back you have to fixate it before it loosens. Use some dust powder to stiffen your bangs and it will stay in place much better.

If your bangs are straight you can wear them to one side. it’s prettier to make it a little messy or else you’ll just see they weren’t cut that way. use wax spray and volume powder for a messy look a blow dry it into the right position.

The wet look is the easiest and the toughest to achieve. Just make sure it doesn’t look greasy. But a blob of gel will take you back to the nineties (well to now really) and you just comb your bangs away.
