No matter what you call it, everybody has to do un petit kaka at a certain point. Yes, women too. And Doutzen. And Jennifer Lawrence. Yep, Tash Oakley has to. And Emily Ratajkowski too (she’s every man’s dream girl). You should Google her, I did. You won’t believe your eyes. But the thing is they all have to go. Every one of those stars or models you drool over. If you want to know what to do in case of constipation, read on. If you’re thinking, no thanks I’m looking for something interesting, read on.

Tips to improve bowel movement.

  • Drink water. Enough water. At least 1,5 liter a day.
  • Add flaxseed or flaxseed oil to your breakfast.
  • Eat food rich in fiber like vegetables, fruit, wholegrain products, brown rice and beans.
  • Eat dried prunes, they work like a charm. Have them with quark or oatmeal.
  • Add a little spice to your dinner. A red pepper or cayenne pepper works really well.
  • Get moving. Take your bike for a spin or run a few miles in the park.

Liesbeth and I have another little secret. We have what we call ‘Bowel tea’, natural herb tea that stimulates bowel movement. Make sure you don’t wander off too far from the toilet (preferably your own). Good luck and you can thank us later.
