It’s been quite a festive week for Amayzine this week. The Holland’s Next Top Model finale last Monday where May-Britt works as one of the resident jury members, Amayzine’s two year anniversary party and Halloween. So, alcohol was definitely a frequent visitor this week and if you put two and two together, a hangover is the usual outcome. So here are a couple of tips on how to tackle it.

  1. Take a vitamin pill before you go to bed.
  2. And drink a lot of water.
  3. GET OUT OF BED.
  4. You probably think that eating fatty foods is going to help the hangover, and it’s probably what you’re in the mood for, but getting over your hangover quicker works better with healthy foods. Smoothies for example.
  5. Orange juice works wonders.
  6. Drink lots and lots of water. The entire day.
  7. A lot of people swear by coca cola, but just remember, it’s filled with a ton of sugar so not your best decision.
  8. Miso soup is a favorite of mine. Salts are good for you.
  9. I know it’s probably the last thing on your mind but working out works. You just have to get used to the pounding headache.
  10. But the best tip of all: wait it out. That’s pretty much what it is anyways. Just wait it out
