Half done bun

This is the happy hipster bun that you see everyone walking around with. But then a bit more fine tuned and a tad more boho.

Add some products onto your dry hair to give it more texture. Think of applying products like the Moroccan Oil mousse or Redken’s Fashion Wave. As soon as you blow dry it after, the heat will activate it and you hair will instantly have more texture.

Tease your hair a bit. Just like in step 1, this will texturize your hair. And the more texture the better since you’re working on a hipster bun.

Tie up the top part of your hair into a pony tail. As high on your head as possible since lower ones look rather frumpy. Twirl that ponytail into a bun and fasten it with bobby pins. Pull out a few strands of hair. Tidy is not a part of this look. Use a curling iron to curl your remaining hair into loose curls. Braid is a couple of teeny tiny thin braids into your hair and voilà, there you have it.

You are going for the undone effect so it’s totally fine if you brush through your hair with your hands a bit.
