Bye bye to bingo arms
4x sleeveless proof arms
For those of you who are visiting Brazil this summer, where it’s practically mandatory to wear a string on the beaches of Rio, it’s time to get tight. Next time I’ll set you up with some sofa squats and lunges. But now we come to the first part of our little project: imagine two Brazilian hunks jogging past you on the beach; they wave, you don’t want to wave back with flabby arms. You know the filets, the limp skin; the bingo wings. We got work to do. And I have a pretty sleeveless dress just waiting to be flaunted. So I guess we’ll be at it together.
4X wave proof arms
- A simple exercise to start with. Every morning when you get up do 20 push-ups. Sorry but I can’t do it the normal way but it get’s a lot easier if you keep your knees on the ground and just as effective.
- Look who are here, my friends Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up. These exercises are easy to do at home. And if you don’t have any weights a carton of coconut water will do just fine.
- The 7-minute workout app also includes some arm exercises. Great app to start off the day. And it will only take you 7 minutes in the morning.
- The Nike Training Club app is your own personal trainer who let’s you sweat in your own living room. Fill in your goal (in this case tight arms) and they give you a complete schedule. Every exercise is presented with a video and you can even fill in the duration of each exercise yourself. Now you need some discipline here to keep it up.
