DOCUMENTARIES ON NETFLIX YOU NEED TO watch
With the final deadline for the SXSW Film Festival coming up and no current film festivals to attend, we’ve all ended up in a black hole. But don’t worry, I’m here to drag you right back out of it because thankfully we’ve got Netflix and their endless list of documentaries that you can watch in the comfort of your very own home abode.
You’ve had a glorious career working as a pornstar but it’s time for you to start doing something new. But what? And how? Not everyone’s first in line to hire a woman who’s vajayjay has been available for all to see. I find this to be extremely interesting and I bet you do too.
Blackfish, guys, you HAVE to see this. This documentary has turned me into a downright activist because they give you an insight into the treacherous lives of orca’s who are pretty much locked up in a type of prison cell. You’re going to be bawling while watching this, plus signing up for any company that stands up for not only orca’s, but any animal locked up in water parks.
Although I might not be known to be a culinary wonder and you will hardly ever find me in the kitchen cooking, surprisingly enough I find Chef’s Table to be the absolute shit. This documentary follows a couple of different top chefs and it’ll make you want to quit your current job right away and look for one in a restaurant kitchen. Well, almost.
This documentary is about the flamboyant and very old Iris Apfel and it is one everyone needs to see. Shown at numerous film festivals around the globe and now available for you to watch on your very own couch.
Guilty. I haven’t watched this one yet but it’s definitely in my top five things I still need to see. Back in 2010 mistakes were made by American soldiers causing the death of many innocent Afghan citizens and this documentary covers exactly what went down.
No documentary list is complete without this one. I’m sure you’ve all watched it before, but watching Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington for a second time in a row never hurt nobody.
