fat burning food
To get that dream body you can sweat your pants off in the gym ( an impossible achievement for most women as it’s never good enough, but let’s put that aside), you also have to adjust your diet. Working out and BigMacs don’t go together and neither does wine but I’ll make this one allowance.
You no longer belong if you don’t add super foods to your smoothie in the morning and you have to have quinoa for dinner at least once a week. I’ll write about this another time because sometimes the hype and all the things you’re not allowed to eat in a healthy lifestyle drive me crazy. I don’t totally agree with that fact. Right here are five things you can eat a lot of to get that killer body. Use these ingredients for making a sandwich (eggs), a curry with wild rice (spicy herbs) or in you quark in the morning (nuts).
Grapefruit doesn’t contain as much sugar as other fruit and keeps your blood sugar levels low. So you are less hungry. That’s what we need to get a tight tummy.
Preferably egg whites otherwise called proteins. Eggs burn fat and build muscle. And no it doesn’t turn you into a bodybuilder.
Adding some spice to your dishes is good for bowel movement and stills your hunger. So throw in a hot chili pepper at dinner or in your tea in the evenings. Delicious.
Nuts contain healthy fats that reduce the munchies. Look, that’s what we need.
Take one capsule every morning at breakfast. Fish oil is good for burning fat and keeps your blood sugar level stable. A balanced blood sugar level has a positive effect on your metabolism, especially on fat as it reduces the build up of fat storage. Fish oil also stimulates the blood flow in muscles during a workout. A good blood flow to the muscles helps the body to loose weight.
Then there’s this:
– Drink water all day and/or green tea. At least 2/3 liters a day.
– Watch out for white carbs. For example: pasta and white bread.
– Eat lots of vegetables.
– Remember the 80-20 rule: 80 % paying attention and 20 % conscious goof-ups
