French manicure: oui ou non?

Say ‘French manicure’ and I see images of white square plastic nails stuck on deeply tanned (or even orange) hands. If you ask me if this is acceptable you will hear a crisp: no. It has never been acceptable. A French manicure on real nails is okay but it hardly gets my beauty heart beating any faster. So I started looking for some cool, en vogue variations and a nail stylist to save myself hours of frustration.

Seriously. If this isn’t cool I don’t know what is. The great thing is it matches all your outfits.

What do you mean a white tip? Switch it around!

This is what I call a festival manicure. Or a wedding mani, if you dare.

This is closest to the original. Though if given a creative twist it can look adorable.
