When you run into Kim with her sun-bleached hair and her tanned complexion it always looks as if she just got back from some sunny island. Very often this seems to be the case, to Kim Ibiza happens to be her second home. She recently published a book that tells us how her love for the island and good food came together. Eivissa food, her cookbook, has never been closed since the day we got it. It’s just too tempting to make those chilli shrimp, chicken burgers with harissa or any other one of her sunny recipes to close it.

But her good taste goes further than just food because Kim herself looks trés cool. When she stopped by for a coffee we immediately asked her for a lookie.
