I will always adore that luxurious leather with it’s golden emblems but once in a while it’s nice to have something else on your arm. I own a can, a reed ball and for this look I brought my plastic basket. How cute is this? With a basket you can immediately spot everything in just one glance. This brings peace of mind to all bag-scatterbrains who – like me –have multiple heart attacks because they can’t find their cellphone (or keys, or wallet or lip stuff) in an instant. I’m really into this and have copied it from my favorite all-time brand: Chanel. Remember that show with those hysterical fashionista’s plowing all over each other and handing out elbow shots to get one of those shopping baskets? That’s the one; find one at H& M’s. And it’s just as practical. Yuck, what a dirty word. Since when has fashion ever been practical? All right, it’s true. So be it. Right? I like it.

This time the basket goes with my new striped shorts and silk top from Zara. The gladiators are River Island, the glasses Celine. And to add a touch of gold: golden plugs by happy plugs.
