3X Monday shakes
After the weekend you are looking for something to give you a fresh start on Monday. Something that’s not only healthy but will provide that extra boost to start off you work week. So let’s get those juices flowing, yes I mean literally. Here are three of my favorite breakfast shakes guaranteed to get you out of that lazy weekend mode en into and energizing frenzy (in a good way). It’s a great way to start your week healthy; utterly delicious and very smooth.

Put the banana, coconut and cinnamon into the blender and pour in a healthy helping of coconut water. Blend well and add more coconut water if the mixture is too thick. This shake is very healthy, low in fat and a bomb of energy.

You can buy carrot juice in the bio store or make it yourself if you have a juicer. Put everything in the blender. Choose how much of each depending on how thick you like your smoothie. You can also choose how much coconut to add (do you want it to have a strong or light taste of coconut?)

Peel the pear and cut into parts along with the celery before putting them into the blender with the other ingredients. Blend thoroughly and you’re done. Say hello to a delicious soft and sweet smoothie.
