It’s one of those things, boobs. I don’t know what it is but they seem to grow with age. Really! Peers confirmed the same thing so it turns out I’m not the only one. It’s probably hormones. I have no idea. Anyway I’m not particularly pleased with this. I know many many women go to great lengths but believe me after reaching cup D (Deeee!), I’ve had it. I look out of proportion. I don’t have the showgirl legs (I’m 1,64m) to go with the look. The average man might argue with this but in my opinion clothes look better if the front bumper doesn’t dominate the setting. But thank god for optical illusion. You can at least apply some tricks to make them look smaller. Voilà…

The right bra

The utmost important thing is wearing a good bra. You want them to look smaller? Go for a minimizer, which divides the volume of your breasts within the cup. Good support is also necessary to keep things from drooping. I advise you to go to a lingerie store that offers old-fashioned service.

Forget about turtle necks

Watch out for clothes with high necklines. I’d forget about the turtleneck, go for a u-shape or V-shape that accentuates the neck instead of the breasts. The V-shape looks best if the V ends where the cleavage begins. It extends the vertical line of your upper body and flatters your cleavage. The more neck the prettier.

Keep in shape

Don’t camouflage your breasts with shapeless outfits, bring out the shape of your upper body by wearing a wrap top. A wrap top brings the breasts forward and devises the attention to your waist.

Wear tops in dark colors and watch out for elaborate prints. This is al meant to devise attention.

Go for length

Wear tops on pants or a skirt that reach just over the waist instead of ending at the waistline. Your upper body will look longer.

No fringe or sequins

No frills or fringes. It will look childish when you’re above a certain age.Sequin and velvet are also a no-go.

Quality

Go for quality fabrics. A good drape is essential.

When wearing a t-shirt, choose a thin material that hangs loosely around your     body and make sure the neckline isn’t too high.

Blazers work

Wear blazers and cardigans. I prefer to wear them a little open. If you wear a blazer, avoid double-breasted ones, they unnecessarily widen the torso.

The right fit

When wearing a blouse choose one that’s not tailored at the waist to avoid a bulging split. Don’t go oversized either. Choose something that follows the contours of your body and a fabric that’s pliable. It’s better to abide the V-line rule (open neck) than go for a model that closes tightly around the neck.

Scarfs

Wear a long scarf. Except for being very stylish it devises the attention from the breasts. I wouldn’t advise a long necklace as this attracts attention to the area.

Finally, an important tip: good posture. Stand or sit up straight and don’t forget to ooze confidence.

Good Luck!
