As many of you know, Nicole Richie hasn’t always had the most fashionable past, but thankfully those days are long gone. Nowadays we see Nicole suited up in the coolest outfits and she even recently started rocking purple hair (and pulls it off very well too might I add). Flared jeans were designed for girls like Nicole and luckily these babies have taken over the fashion scene (again) by storm. Point being: we need them too.
