This week our hearts were broken, we discovered the newest and probably and most thrifty way to spend the night in the city and I have a huge tip for anyone currently in New York. Yes, let’s talk about this town.
Our HeART IS BROKEN
The Hogs & Heiffers era has come to an end and New Yorkers wave good bye with a big, sad tear. This bar is iconic. With it’s country tunes, cowboys and cowbabes dancing on the bar and not to forget the many shots that have gone down in this joint was the inspiration for the hit movie Coyote Ugly. The place you’d end up if you were done with all that bling-bling in the Meatpacking district. What a shame it’s over. So long cowboys….sob…
PARADISE BY THE DASHBOARD LIGHT
Hotels are so 2014. Always the same, and always far too expensive in the city. So what has that then created? Sleeping in a hotel room in a converted van in some of the most unique spots in the city. Creative and suiting all budgets.
FEVER
From pop-up mini-golf courses to free yoga lessons. Looking for new and mega creative things to do in New York? Then download Fever, the app. I’m hooked and everyday I see something cool to do, to see, to eat, to whatever. Highly recommended. So download the Fever!
