Tara Martin a business woman, fabulous fashionista and born and raised Angeleno. Lucky for us (and you) she is also the latest addition to our Amayzine team of international editors. Every week she will give us an inside look on her life on the fault line.

There was no rest for the fashionable this week, as we hustled through events, collaborations and parties in Los Angeles.

I started the week with some serious caffeine, inspiration, and flirty heels to kick things into high gear

On Wednesday I attended an event at the LA Athletic Club (my new home away from home) hosted by Dazed Magazine and Bang & Olufsen.

Later in the week DTLA Custom showcased our line at the Express Yourself Event at BarkerHanger in Santa Monica. It was awesome to spend time with so many creative entrepreneurs and we all left feeling inspired.

The week wrapped up with caffeine (noticing a trend here) and excitement as we watched Nick Canon rock our custom DTLA Custom jacket at the Nickelodeon Awards. We hand painted Nickelodeon orange, the Halo logo and Nick’s logo on his Ashton Michaels jacket, and the results were pure fun.
