Tell me, did you know we’re heading off to New York again for fashion week? And did you know Jet and I are flying ahead a week earlier to do some sleuth and fieldwork? That means we’ll be in the Big Apple from September 3rd until the 16th and I have the important task of securing the perfect Airbnb for our NYC Headquarters. Besides acting as a search engine setting the minimum price at 900 euro’s a night is a fun addition to my already favorite hobby (well, you know me). And I can tell you that some pretty spectacular apartments popped up. Totally love that.

Brick loft

Is it a restaurant? Is it a hotel? It’s a little bit of both, and check out that Kiiiiitchen! I know that if Jet sees this she’ll freak out. And I am already feeling restless looking at those beautiful floors. There are 2 bedrooms that can bunk up to a total of 5 people and two bathrooms to paddle around in.

Price?

Quit a lot actually. €1724,- a night. Click here for more photos.

Loft in SoHo

Okay, hello dream house! In the middle of Soho with an interior straight out of a designer catalogue. According to the description it’s “celebrity owned and designed” so who can that celebrity be? Very juicy stuff. 10 people can stay here. It has a mega open dining and living space, Jamie Oliver start licking your lips.

Price?

If you consider the fact it holds 10 people the nightly rate of €931,- doesn’t sound so bad. Click here for more photos.

Penthouse in Midtown

This penthouse in midtown, I was sold at the word ‘penthouse, is big, white, clean and has a gorgeous view making it all very Instagrammable. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gigantic kitchen with a ditto living room. I’d love to walk around the place wearing creamy cashmere looking very sophisticated while sipping white wine from a perfect crystal wineglass.

Price?

Well it’s only a measly €1158,-. a night. Yep. Click here for more photos.

BIG in Flatiron

With big I mean really big. The open living space alone is 343 square meters and the ceilings are almost 4 meters high. There’s a library, a mega kitchen, a beautiful bathroom (2 even) and 3 bedrooms. Oh and the best part is it has an elevator that opens directly into the apartment. Let’s just hope it has a better doorman than in Gossip Girl (read it here).

Price?

For this real Gossip Girl experience you have to cough up €839,- a night, cheap stuff. Click here for more photos.
