Mini-tips from celebs for a Dream body

If an article pops up that tells me how Sienna Miller and Cameron Diaz got their fabulous bodies, I read. There is nothing more interesting than learning about somebody else’s eating habits or workout schedule. It means I can get into my kitchen to try out new recipes because sometimes my own ideas can be quite tiring.

I’ve done a little research into these celeb habits and came up with a few tips I want to share with you to stay “ in shape” and get that glowing skin. To no one’s no surprise; they all have a million dollar personal trainer, a chef with a calorie degree and god knows how many other services to keep them pretty and tight. But these mini-tactics might help, just a little.

Jennifer Lawrence for example advises very strongly to stay clear of the sofa and sit on the ground. Sit cross-legged and preferably straighten your back. It’s good for your core and abs. Jennifer also swears by squats with weights, so order in a few dumbbells and lift’em up, up,up.

Jennifer Lopez (can I be her?) always polishes her skin with half a lemon. It gives the skin a boost and makes it glow. You have to rinse the lemon off, I don’t have to tell you that. Jenny has an insanely great body and good thighs without even one little cellulite on it. That’s because she often dives into the kitchen to brew up some goo to apply to her body that stimulates the blood circulation.

You need: honey, Himalaya salt, Macadamian oil and lemon juice. Mix everything together and massage it, in circular movements, into your skin.

Miranda Kerr tries to eat as organic as possible and drinks liters of alkaline water a day (that’s water with a high PH-value, uh-huh, very important stuff). And she also does a yoga-session every single day.

Jennifer Aniston has the following advice; Eat, it’s nonsense to go on a strict carb-free diet. You’ll get the munchies eventually. The trick is; eat really, really slow.
