Which sunglasses match your face?
I love sunglasses. But admittedly I only buy designer glasses. About two a year. Sounds snobby but being able to have a clear view through sunlight is muy importante and I really notice the difference between these and H&M sunnies. Excusez-moi.
So I pimp up my fairly cheap clothes with grade A sunglasses that I score (of course, you know me) in a little tax-free haven in Italy I go to to ski every year. Or I skip down to see Jasper at my favorite sunglass shop that has it’s window filled with eye-candy.
I have an oval shaped head and find large glasses look best on me (even though I own every model in existence). I’m nor sure if I’m right about this because how should you know which glasses suit the shape of your head? I called Jasper (you know, from the shop) to explain it to me once and for all. This will make selecting the right glasses a lot easier for you Amayzine readers. De rien.
OVAL
If you have a long oval shaped head (often narrow) then oversized glasses look good on you (thought so). This, for example, is a good edition. It makes your head look wider optically.
SQUARE
A square shaped head is characterized by a broader jaw line. Of course you go for round! Yoko Ono-like glasses are hot and will look fan-tas-tic on you.
ROUND
A round shaped head can handle a lot. The classic Wayfarer is my favorite. And this edition totally rocks, don’t you think?
HEART-SHAPED
This shape is easy too. You have a broader forehead and a narrow chin. Another classic, Ray-Ban, but then, hey, this Aviator is your match.
