why coffee will extend your life

(Go on,give it a read)

Forget everything you’ve ever heard about the one-cup-a-day-max theory. A thorough study done by none other than Harvard University has shown that coffee is good for you. Better yet; you have to drink it. At least five cups a day.

Why? Well according to the following. Apparently the odds of getting any type of heart disease and Parkinson are decreased. Same goes for diabetes and the urge to commit suicide are also reduced. Which I totally get if you can spend all day refilling your cup of Nespresso.

The researchers spent 30 years following a group of 200.000 coffee drinkers, so don’t think that the results just showed up out of nowhere. There are a number of critical doctors who have taken this research seriously however they are questioning what other physical consequences might emerge if you pour latte’s down your throat all day long.

Until proven otherwise, I’m going to a worthy believer of this research. And I sure do hope those men at Harvard are going to drop the coffee and give this research a go with wine. I hereby would like to volunteer as tribute.
