6 summer JUICES

It’s summer and summer means heat (if you’re lucky). And heat means light meals. At least it does for me. But half way through the day you’re going to find yourself craving for something so why not treat yourself to a super light and happy juice to recharge for the rest of the day? Here are a couple of combinations that are easy for you to make (if you own a juicer). All it requires is figuring out how much of which fruit and vegetable you want to use, depending on your taste palate.

Since you’re working with a juicer, don’t forget you need to wash, peel and cute the fruit and vegetables and then push them into the juicer. Then add ice cubes at the end. Happy sipping!
