Guys, I’m having a hard time keeping up. The Brangelina rumor train is speeding ahead in full force. An affair here, an airplane fight there, and everything in between. I think it’s about time to put some order in all this divorce chaos. So what’s been happening the past couple of days?

The rumor of ‘child abuse’ is still in the picture
I find this to be an extremely intense thing to accuse someone of. There’s a story line out there that claims that Brad flipped out in a private jet during a flight from Europe back to America. There are speculations that Brad and Angie had gotten in an augment and that Maddox (15) stuck up for his mom after which Brad decided to freak out on him too. As you would understand: I won’t believe it until I see proof.
Brad denies any form of physical violence
According to ‘insiders’, this was the final blow for Angelina. Informants are saying Brad was drunk and uses weed and alcohol a little too often. There are also claims that all of this has been filmed. And a day later Angelina asked for a divorce.
Oh, and she’s using Johnny Depp’s shoulder to cry on…
The gossip press is saying that the FBI has started ‘investigating’ Brad
This past weekend the American gossip press threw another story into the mix cleaning the Los Angeles police and child protective services are currently investigating Brad to see whether he’s partaken in any form of child abuse. That is if we are to believe People and TMZ.
The Los Angeles police is denying the investigation
“We have no criminal investigation against Mr. Pitt,” Sgt. Barry Montgomery, an LAPD spokesman, told Business Insider on the phone Thursday morning. “As of right now, we’re getting a lot of calls, and the story is the same. We know of no investigation involving Mr. Pitt. We are not actively investigating Mr. Pitt.”
Rumor 2: Brad was mad at Angie because she wanted to take her kids to Syria to do charity work
TMZ are the ones who brought this story into the world. They say that Angelina has the ambition to become the head of the United Nations one day. “Brad was always supportive of Jolie’s solo charity work, but travels with the kids became a bone of contention for several years.”
Rumor 3: Brad was having an affaire with Marion Cotillard
Marion’s husband (who’s child she is currently pregnant with) had a short response to all the gossip: “I do not usually comment on rumours made up about us … I do not usually talk about my private life, which until now I have always carefully protected … But the fury of the tabloids, the venal stupidity of some people calling themselves journalists, the hatred of some users feeling stronger behind a keyboard, push me to speak of the pride, the love, respect and admiration I have for Marion, for staying so strong and intelligent in the face all these stupid and unfounded accusations.”

Nu vind ik het behoorlijk heftig om dit van iemand te zeggen. Hoeveel beweren zogenaamde ‘insiders’ wel niet om te boel een beetje op te ruien? Dit even gemist? Brad zou geflipt zijn in het privévliegtuig van het stel tijdens een vlucht van Europa naar Amerika. Hij zou ruzie hebben gehad met Angie, zoon Maddox (15) zou tussenbeide zijn gekomen om zijn moeder te beschermen en toen zou hij de volle laag hebben gekregen. Je snapt: ik geloof nog niets totdat ik bewijs zie.

De roddelpers meldt dat de FBI ‘een onderzoek’ is gestart naar Brad
Dit weekend pakte de Amerikaanse roddelpers flink uit door te beweren dat de politie van Los Angeles en de kinderbescherming bezig zijn met een onderzoek naar Brad om uit te zoeken of hij zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan kindermishandeling. Tenminste, als we People en TMZ moeten geloven.
De politie van Los Angeles ontkent het onderzoek
“We hebben geen strafrechtelijk onderzoek ingesteld naar de heer Pitt en zijn ook niet bij iets dergelijks betrokken,” zei Jenny Houser, woordvoerder van het politiedepartement (LAPD) later tegen CNN. “LAPD heeft geen rapport in behandeling met beschuldigingen van kindermishandeling door de heer Brad Pitt.” Hmm, als dat zogenaamde onderzoek zou plaatsvinden, wordt er wel over gesproken, lijkt me?
Gerucht 2: Brad was boos op Angie omdat ze haar kinderen mee wilde nemen naar Syrië voor liefdadigheidswerk
TMZ komt met dit gerucht op de proppen. Angie zou namelijk de ambitie hebben om ooit hoofd van de Verenigde Naties te worden. “Brad respecteerde altijd de politieke ambities van Jolie, maar hij wilde niet dat zijn kinderen hierin verder werden betrokken.”
Gerucht 3: Brad zou een affaire hebben met actrice Marion Cotillard
De vriend van Marion (van wie ze nu nota bene zwánger is) reageert kort daarna op de roddels. “Ik maak er geen gewoonte van om te reageren op geruchten die over ons de ronde doen. Ik praat ook meestal niet over mijn privéleven,” zo schrijft de Fransman op Instagram. “Maar in dit geval kon ik niet anders. De hevigheid van de tabloids, de domheid van sommige mensen die zichzelf journalisten noemen en de haters die veilig achter hun toetsenbord zitten, dwingen me om iets te zeggen over de trots, liefde, respect en bewondering die ik heb voor Marion.”
